The 4-foot walls are low enough to load by hand or with a wheelbarrow, so you're not heaving heavy drywall over your shoulder the way you would with a taller bin.

Here's the honest trade-off. Go with the 10-yard if your job is a single small room or a light garage purge, it's cheaper and takes less driveway. Step up to the 30-yard if you're clearing a whole house before a move in Andover or gutting multiple floors, since bulky-but-light material (old cabinets, carpet, insulation) fills a bin by volume long before it hits the weight limit. Roofing, tile, dirt, and concrete are the opposite, heavy for their size, so with those we'll often steer you to a 20-yard even for a smaller footprint to keep you under the weight allowance.

Placement matters more than people expect. A 20-yard container needs a flat, firm stretch about 24 feet long and 10 feet wide, plus clear overhead space for the truck to tilt and lower it.
